Corporations and Employers:
We serve corporations committed to promoting a healthy workforce. We offer both group presentations and workshops that you may incorporate into your employee wellness program or consultation to your food services staff. Presentations may be requested on the Memory Preservation Nutrition® or more broadly based healthy lifestyles for promoting brain health. The latter include presentations on importance of good nutrition, physical exercise, mental stimulation, music and art, sleep, fun & humor, brain healthy spiritual practices, social engagement and healthy ways to manage stress and depression to preserve brain health for young and old.

Non-Profit and For-Profit Assist health care related organizations improve their offerings and marketing for brain healthy programs and meals for clients and their publics. We help you support your memory-impaired clients live more independently and manage medications and other health-related necessities. We see great opportunities for improvement in the nutritional aspects of all health care services for elders.and for youth and adults of all ages including meals on wheels, community meals, healthy “snacks” and school lunch programs. Here are some examples: Nutrition Consulting Service: For Seniors (Senior Residences, Assisted Living, Nursing Facilities and Senior Meals Programs): To help you improve this part of your program. We’ll bring your organization the latest research and programmatic results related to both the process and content of meal programs to improve the amount, healthfulness and quality of food consumed by your clients. We will help you implement our unique evidence-based Memory Preservation Nutrition® program. Other Brain Health Domains: We can also help advise you on other healthy lifestyle initiatives related to brain health: physical exercise, cognitive stimulation, managing stress and depression, social engagement, sleep, and balancing chi (e.g. acupuncture or T’ai chi).
Staff and Client Education and Awareness
We give workshops and talks with Councils on Aging, Senior and Assisted Living residences, and nursing facilities to promote awareness and education.
CIVIC AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS:
We work with community groups focused on elder health and care, as well as others (religious and civic organizations) concerned with their members’ health.for instance community health centers, churches, synagogues, temples and mosques. Having a meaningful life is also protective of brain health. We can offer consultation with leaders and/or group workshops or presentations for members. Adults of all ages “Coaching and Education” presentations, customized to inform you and your group of latest scientific information about WHAT we need to do to preserve brain health.
Adults of all ages and all walks of life are quickly engaged in her presentations and walk away with lots of useful information they can begin applying in their own lives as well as to benefit family, friends and clients.
Schools & Youth programs:
Meals and snacks: nutritional content consultation. Presentations and workshops for youth or staff on importance of good nutrition, physical exercise, mental stimulation, music and art, sleep and healthy ways to manage stress and depression to preserve brain health for young and old.

INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES
One-time Consultation
Coaching/Consulting services at location of your choosing at our offices or at client’s home or preferred location:
- 90 minutes-2 hour – Intake, Nutritional Assessment and Review of Memory Preservation Nutrition® only; assist you in choosing first steps toward adopting the diet that fit your individual situation and preferences.
- 3-4 hours (recommended) – Intake, Assessment, and Review of 10 Domains of Brain Health™ including Memory Preservation Nutrition(R). Includes materials and notebook. Assist you and/or your family member in choosing first steps toward brain healthy eating that fit your individual situation and preferences.
- Premium Service: 4-6 hour session – usually in two parts – Review of 10 Domains of Brain Health™ including Memory Preservation Nutrition® . Includes materials, notebook and starter kit (spices, teas, key healthy foods, health guides). For individual or single family of 5 or fewer people: Note: At your request, we will be happy to mail the Memory Preservation Nutrition(R) or related information to, or contact by email and phone with close family members who live out of state, respecting confidentiality and your wishes.
Care Partner Support/Counseling
Included as needed Small Group option: 5 persons or couples minimum: Participants share the session cost. (Example of small groups: (1) 5 dyads or couples where one has Alzheimer’s disease or other memory impairment e.g. mother with AD and her daughter, or husband with AD plus wife, (2) Group of professional men and women in their 50’s concerned about memory loss or reducing their own risk of Alzheimer’s disease).
4 Session Packages:
- Your choice of location: office setting, or client’s home or location tailored to your needs:
- Package of four sessions which last 2-3 hours each, customized to your needs.
- Includes preparation and materials, starter-kit, driving time, phone calls and emails during this period of time.
- On request, reasonable amount of phone/email communications with close family members or family members living out of state can be included.
- Additional follow-up in-person or phone or email sessions may be arranged as needed.
Group Sessions, At location of your choice: Minimum: 6 people or couples:
- Includes preparation and materials, driving time, and phone calls and emails during this period of time.
- Extra charge however for requested phone/email communications with close family members living out of state.
Follow-up coaching available (phone calls, emails or in-person)
- Includes mail distribution of related materials.
Available extra services: assistance in procuring food or exercise equipment or props, arranging logistics, finding other providers e.g. of complementary/alternative therapies. We are happy to refer you to other services, including COGNITIVE EDUCATION SERVICES such as The Serper Method™ for persons with memory loss or concerns, cognitive problems or Alzheimer’s disease.
- In office, client’s home or chosen location.
- Two hour initial assessment and orientation and
- On going (90 minute) sessions, usually held weekly or every other week.
- May be reimbursable in some situations
Memory Enhancement Services
- Techniques for remembering important names, medications, appointments – for both well adults and persons with memory loss
- Techniques for persons with memory loss and AD to adhere to medication, exercise and dietary regimens and remember appointments and schedules.

Memory Preservation Nutrition(R) 1 copy mailed to your home or office. (See also ORDERS tab at top of this website) COST OF SERVICES: In general, the costs of our services are tailored to the need and situation. Therefore the cost depends on the particular service and whether it is individualized or group, and whether it is on-site or remote, e.g. in the client’s home or office. Some prices are negotiable. Certainly people should call us and discuss the options and possibilities. We are also willing to shape services to fit people’s evolving situations or particular needs or interests.
