MPN™ Pomegranate-Apricot Sparkler

INGREDIENTS: AMOUNT:
Pomegranate juice, cold |
3 cups |
Apricot nectar |
3 cups |
*Sparkling mineral water, cold |
2 cups |
Lime juice, freshly squeezed |
1 lime – juice |
Lime, fresh, thinly sliced |
1 lime – thin slices |
*may substitute lime-flavored seltzer but be aware that any artificially carbonated or bubbly water or soda will contain chemicals that leach calcium from bones and teeth and should be drunk infrequently.
METHOD:
1. In a glass punch bowl or other decorative glass container, combine pomegranate juice, apricot nectar, and sparkling mineral water & juice of 1 lime, or lime seltzer. Float lime slices on top for garnish.
2. Serve punch in ice-filled glass.
